Performance Analysis & Budgeting/ Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS), troubleshoot attribution issues and suggest budget improvements based on data.
Email & Audience Strategy/ Manage Klaviyo email flows and segment audiences to drive retention and engagement.

Order Accuracy/ Double-check items against packing lists to ensure customers receive the correct products.
Inventory Support/ Pick items from inventory, restock shelves and report low stock levels. Assist in incoming shipments and routine stock counts.
Quality Control/ Inspect all items for defects, scratches or inconsistencies before packing.
Shipping & Dispatch/ Print and attach shipping labels, prepare parcels for courier pickup and ensure daily handovers run smoothly.
Clean & Organized Workspace/ Maintain a neat, clean and organized packing area to support efficient operations.
Team Support/ Assist the logistics team with tasks like returns and replenishments as needed.
