Part-Time Position

Packing & Presentation/ Carefully pack products according to brand guidelines to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, beautifully presented.

Order Accuracy/ Double-check items against packing lists to ensure customers receive the correct products.

Inventory Support/ Pick items from inventory, restock shelves and report low stock levels. Assist in incoming shipments and routine stock counts.

Quality Control/ Inspect all items for defects, scratches or inconsistencies before packing.

Shipping & Dispatch/ Print and attach shipping labels, prepare parcels for courier pickup and ensure daily handovers run smoothly.

Clean & Organized Workspace/ Maintain a neat, clean and organized packing area to support efficient operations.

Team Support/ Assist the logistics team with tasks like returns and replenishments as needed.

Detail-Oriented & Responsible/ Careful, accurate and consistent in your work. Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable.

Efficiency & Time Management/ Able to meet packing deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Tech-Savvy (Basic)/ Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets for order tracking and fulfillment (training provided).
