1. Can I return/exchange my order?
We do not accept returns /exchange if a customer orders the wrong size. Please double-check your size before purchasing. If you are unsure, refer to our size guide or contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. What if I received a defective item?
If you receive a defective item or a product that was sent incorrectly, you can request a exchange within 3 working days from the date you received the product.
3. How do I request a return?

- Place the shoes back in the original shoe box with the Snuglier tissue.
- Seal the shoe box securely.
- Put the shoe box inside the bubble wrap.
- Use the return address we will provide in our approval email.

5. What if my return does not meet the requirements?
Returns that are worn, damaged, missing packaging, or without tags will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

At Snuglier, every shoes is made with care and in small batches. Because of that, we do not accept exchanges once a purchase is confirmed.
